Moreover, Arel’s appointment aligns with UHM’s vision to combine rapid expansion with operational excellence. The company wants every property to meet global benchmarks while ensuring high-quality guest service.

Strengthening UHM’s Global Presence

Arel holds a College Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec and an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from the University of Montréal. He has also completed advanced management programs at ESSEC Paris and eCornell. These programs, he says, shaped his leadership philosophy and strategic mindset.

Today, United Hospitality Management operates more than 3,600 keys across 15 hotels, resorts, and branded residences. The group also manages over 60 F&B venues across Europe and the Middle East. Furthermore, it partners with world-class brands such as Marriott International, Accor, IHG, Hyatt, Wyndham, and Yotel.
