Elevatus has expanded its Enfinity Agentic AI platform across the Middle East and North Africa. The rollout follows launches in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. The company is targeting enterprises and government organisations that want faster and more structured hiring systems.

Enfinity Agentic AI rollout across MENA markets

Elevatus introduced the platform through events in Riyadh, Bahrain, and Muscat. Each launch involved industry leaders and public-sector stakeholders. The company is now extending the rollout to other MENA markets.

The platform first appeared in Riyadh. It was later showcased in Bahrain at a “Smarter Hiring with Agentic AI” event with BSCM. Elevatus then hosted a launch event in Muscat with OSHRM and the Ministry of Labour Oman.

Autonomous hiring execution replaces traditional recruitment systems

Enfinity Agentic AI works as an execution layer inside hiring systems. It does not just recommend candidates. Instead, it completes hiring tasks from start to finish.

The platform manages workforce planning, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, approvals, and onboarding. It follows company policies and approval structures at every stage. This ensures compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

The system uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). It operates using company data, workflows, and past hiring records. This design supports organisations that need strict control and traceability in hiring.

Scale and enterprise adoption shape platform development

Elevatus says its AI systems have supported more than 1.7 million recruiters worldwide. The company has enabled over 3 million job placements and conducted more than 2 million AI video interviews. Its systems have also processed around 56 billion matching decisions.

Executives said this data helped shape Enfinity Agentic AI. It reflects how hiring decisions move through complex organisations. The company now positions the platform as a shift from support tools to full execution systems.

The expansion aligns with rising investment in digital transformation across the Gulf. Organisations are upgrading hiring systems as part of broader workforce strategies. Many now treat recruitment platforms as core operational infrastructure.
