StrongYes is a Workplace Intelligence for the Middle East.

The Middle East is building new economies, new rules for work, and new models for how organisations are shaped. StrongYes exists to cover what happens beneath the announcement. The jobs created, the hiring decisions made, the leadership shifts underway, and the policies driving them.

Accuracy before speed

We verify before we publish. Every material claim is traced to a primary source: a company disclosure, a regulatory document, an official statement, or a named individual with direct knowledge. When a story is still developing, we distinguish clearly between what is confirmed and what is evolving. We do not present uncertainty as fact, and we would rather be second and right than first and wrong.

Independence without compromise

Editorial decisions at StrongYes are made independently of advertisers and commercial partners. Sponsorships, advertising and paid placements have no influence on what we cover or how we cover it. When content is sponsored or commercially supported, it is labelled clearly and prominently, and it is kept separate from our editorial reporting.

Ownership and funding

StrongYes is an independent publication owned and operated by StrongYes Media. Our revenue comes from advertising, sponsorships and related commercial services, all of which are disclosed where relevant. No external party controls or directs our editorial coverage. Questions about ownership or funding can be sent to partner@strongyes.co

Source transparency

We name sources wherever possible and provide the context readers need to assess credibility. When anonymity is necessary to protect a source, we grant it only after additional verification and editorial scrutiny, and we explain why anonymity was granted. We do not publish information we cannot stand behind.

Corrections

When we publish an error, we correct it promptly and openly. Significant corrections are noted at the foot of the affected article, with the date and a short description of what changed. We do not silently delete or rewrite inaccurate articles. If you believe we have published something inaccurate, email partner@strongyes.co with the article link and the detail in question, and we will review it and respond.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to assist with research, structuring and workflow. All content is reviewed, edited and approved by a named human editor before publication. We do not publish unverified AI-generated material, and we do not use AI to fabricate quotes, sources, data or images. Where AI has materially contributed to a piece, we disclose it. This policy applies across all StrongYes content.

Signal over noise

We do not publish for volume. We publish for relevance. Every story must answer one question: does this matter to jobs, hiring, leadership, workforce policy or business decisions in the Middle East? If it does not, it does not belong on StrongYes.

Ethical reporting

We do not publish rumour or speculation presented as fact. We seek to avoid unnecessary harm to individuals and organisations. On sensitive matters, including layoffs, regulatory actions and leadership exits, we seek a response from the relevant parties before publication and reflect that response fairly. Our reporting is produced by a named editorial team whose profiles are published on the site. We welcome corrections, tips and editorial queries.

StrongYes is built for people who value clarity, context and signal over noise.
