Solidarity Bahrain has appointed Faisal Sultan as Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, bringing more than 13 years of experience in strategic brand management, marketing campaigns and corporate event management. The appointment comes as the insurer continues to strengthen its brand and customer engagement.
Faisal Sultan brings marketing experience
Sultan has more than 13 years of experience in strategic brand management, marketing campaigns and corporate event management, according to Solidarity Bahrain.
Before joining Solidarity Bahrain, he led marketing initiatives at Tamkeen. His work included nationwide rebranding programmes, large-scale campaign rollouts and corporate events at regional and international expos.He has also worked on promotional campaigns, customer acquisition and initiatives supporting teams in meeting key performance targets.
Focus on marketing and communications
In his new role, Sultan will focus on marketing and corporate communications. The company said his experience will contribute to its marketing and communications activities.
Solidarity Bahrain deputy chief executive officer for corporate support, Amer Janahi, said Sultan joins the company as it continues to strengthen its brand and engagement with customers and the wider market. Sultan said he sees an opportunity to build on the company’s existing presence by strengthening how it communicates, engages and connects with customers and stakeholders.
“I look forward to working closely with the team to further strengthen Solidarity’s presence and support its ambitions for the next stage of growth,” Sultan said.

Sultan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), adding formal project management expertise to his background in marketing and corporate communications.
