TGP International has appointed Konstantinos Manginis as Business Development Director, MENA, expanding his business development remit across the Middle East and North Africa.

Manginis has been with TGP International for more than two years and has held business development roles focused on Saudi Arabia. His latest position, Director of Business Development, MENA, began in September 2026.

Konstantinos Manginis’ Business Development Experience

Manginis brings more than 10 years of international experience across business development, commercial strategy, concept development and operations. His career covers hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment and mixed use development.

Before taking his new role, Manginis served as Director of Business Development for Saudi Arabia at TGP International. He focused on commercial growth and strategic partnerships across the Kingdom.

His responsibilities included identifying business opportunities and developing relationships with developers, hospitality operators and government entities. He also worked on complex food and beverage and hospitality developments.

Earlier, Manginis served as Senior Business Development Manager at TGP International from January 2024 to March 2026. In that role, he worked on market expansion, partnerships and commercial strategies across Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and food and beverage sectors.

TGP International Business Development Priorities

In his previous role, Manginis managed strategic requests for proposals for large scale hospitality and destination projects. He also supported projects spanning concept development, design advisory and operational strategy.

The new MENA remit builds on this experience. Manginis’ profile states that his work covers opportunity origination, commercial structuring, negotiation and client relationships across the region.

His wider experience also includes roles in food distribution and international business development. At Food International, he worked on B2B partnerships, commercial agreements, client relationship management and market expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Before that, Manginis held leadership roles at Ef Zin Greece, Optima Foods Inc. and Viotyr SA. His responsibilities across these positions included operations, commercial strategy, export development, supplier partnerships and international market expansion.

Hospitality and Commercial Development Focus

Manginis’ background spans the full project lifecycle. His profile describes experience in identifying opportunities, securing partnerships, developing concepts, shaping commercial strategies and supporting project delivery.

At TGP International, he has worked with government entities, developers, hospitality operators and private sector clients. His role has also involved coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design and operations.

Manginis holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West London. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Chalkida.

He also completed a Food and Beverage Management course at Università Bocconi in July and August 2026.

The appointment places Manginis in charge of business development across MENA at TGP International. His previous experience in Saudi Arabia provides the foundation for his expanded regional remit.
