Lobna Alshahwan has joined D360 Bank as Director of SME, according to an announcement shared by the executive on LinkedIn. Alshahwan said she was “happy to share” that she had started the new position at the Saudi digital bank.

The appointment adds an executive with experience across fintech, banking and business development to D360 Bank’s leadership team. Alshahwan most recently served as Director of Fintech at HungerStation and Delivery Hero before moving to the bank.

Lobna Alshahwan’s leadership background

Alshahwan brings experience in fintech, open banking and SME development. Before joining D360 Bank, she held the role of Director of Fintech at HungerStation and Delivery Hero from December 2024 to February 2026.

Earlier in her career, Alshahwan worked at Arab National Bank as Senior Manager for Fintech, Banking as a Service (BAAS) and Open Banking. She also led the SME Unit at EMKAN and held business development and product leadership roles at Lendo, neoleap and Arab National Bank.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Alshahwan focuses on business innovation, ecosystem building and market expansion. Her experience spans financial services, fintech partnerships and business growth initiatives.

D360 Bank has appointed Alshahwan as Director of SME. The announcement did not provide further details about her responsibilities or the scope of the role.

The appointment follows a career that includes leadership positions across Saudi Arabia’s banking and fintech sectors. Her experience covers SME banking, digital financial services and product development.
