Rawan Alarfaj has joined SITE (Saudi Information Technology Company) as Sales Director, marking a new step in her career in technology sales and business development.
Alarfaj announced the move on LinkedIn, saying she was “excited to start my new journey as Sales Director” at SITE, Saudi Arabia.

According to her professional profile, Alarfaj has been serving as Sales Director at SITE since April 2026. She is based in Riyadh.
Her new role adds to her experience across sales, business development, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation and technology consulting.
The appointment comes after several years in technology-focused commercial roles in Saudi Arabia.
Experience spans technology sales and business development
Before joining SITE, Alarfaj worked at Kaspersky as a Key Account Manager from August 2025 to April 2026. In that role, she focused on client relationships, understanding customer needs and aligning technology solutions with those needs.
She also spent nearly five years at Help AG. Her roles included Senior Business Development Manager and Account Manager. She served as Senior Business Development Manager from June 2022 to September 2025.
Earlier in her career, Alarfaj worked as an IT Support Specialist at AFLAK solutions from January 2019 to December 2020.
Computer science background
Alarfaj holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from King Faisal University, which she completed between 2012 and 2016.
Her background combines technical knowledge with experience in sales and business development. This has shaped her career across cybersecurity, technology solutions and client management.
Alarfaj’s appointment at SITE therefore adds another senior sales leadership role to her technology-sector career in Saudi Arabia.
