Saksoft has appointed Shiva Kumar as Vice President – Strategic Partnerships, reinforcing the company’s focus on expanding its global alliance ecosystem and accelerating enterprise growth across key international markets.

The appointment marks a strategic move by Saksoft as enterprises increase investments in cloud, AI-led transformation, and platform-driven digital services. With more than two decades of experience across the US, APAC, and MENA regions, Shiva Kumar brings extensive expertise in enterprise partnerships, business development, ecosystem sales, and stakeholder management.

Focus on Strategic Alliances Across Global Markets

In his new role, Shiva Kumar will lead and expand Saksoft’s strategic relationships with major technology platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Zoho, HCL Technologies, and Ingram Micro.

He will also work closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the US, UK, and APAC regions.

Leadership Experience Across Cloud and Enterprise Technology Ecosystems

Before joining Saksoft, Shiva Kumar held senior leadership roles across several technology and consulting firms. Most recently, he served as SVP – Sales & Marketing at ETG Digital, where he focused on Salesforce ecosystem growth and strategic alliances.

His earlier leadership assignments include positions at CEPTES Software, Cloud Odyssey, Techila Global Services, IBM, Dell Technologies, and ICICI Bank.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving revenue-led partnerships, creating go-to-market alliances, and scaling enterprise business operations across multiple geographies.

Strengthening Saksoft’s Global Growth Ambitions

Saksoft’s decision to strengthen its partnerships leadership comes at a time when enterprise clients are increasingly seeking integrated cloud, automation, and AI-driven transformation solutions. Strategic alliances with hyperscalers and enterprise software providers have become central to digital transformation strategies worldwide.

Industry observers believe the appointment could help Saksoft deepen its ecosystem presence while improving access to enterprise accounts and co-sell opportunities across international markets.

Shiva Kumar also holds certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional, VMware Sales Professional, and ABM Certified Strategist, reflecting his broad expertise across enterprise technology ecosystems.
