At TeamLease Services, Rath became Sales & Operations Manager for Technology & Services. She built the services vertical and expanded it into sectors including education, e-commerce, IT services, fintech, technology, travel, real estate, retail and logistics.

She later moved into national sales leadership at PERSOLKELLY. There, Rath established the media business in Mumbai and added 35 new clients, with business potential of more than 1,000 positions.

Education
