Radisson and Accor partnerships add nearly 400 hospitality units as Vision 2030 drives tourism and hiring
Saudi hospitality developer Amsa Hospitality has expanded its footprint in the Kingdom after signing agreements with Radisson Hotel Group and Accor. The projects will add nearly 400 hospitality units across Riyadh and Qassim. They will also create new jobs and strengthen Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector under Vision 2030.
The agreements were announced at the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Riyadh. Amsa will develop a SR400 million ($106.5 million) Radisson-branded project in Riyadh with 240 serviced villas and apartments. It will also open the 142-room Palm Qassim Hotel in Buraidah under Accor’s Handwritten Collection.
The Kingdom continues to attract major hospitality investments. As a result, demand for skilled professionals in hotel operations, guest services, and management continues to grow.
Riyadh project to employ around 170 hospitality professionals
Amsa Hospitality plans to hire around 170 employees for the Riyadh development. The workforce will manage the villas, serviced apartments, and other guest facilities.
Muin Serhan, CEO of Amsa Hospitality, said the premium nature of the project requires experienced professionals. He added that Saudi talent will play a key role in managing the property and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
The development includes 64 villas and 176 serviced apartments with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Amsa expects to complete the project by the end of 2026.
New hotel projects support hospitality workforce growth
The agreement with Accor will bring the Palm Qassim Hotel to Buraidah. The hotel will feature 142 rooms and will open later this year. It is located about 20 minutes from Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz International Airport.
Aamir Riaz, Chief Operating Officer at Amsa Hospitality, said the hotel will reflect the region’s identity while offering modern hospitality experiences. He added that Amsa combines technology, efficient operations, and global brands to improve guest satisfaction.
Vision 2030 continues to boost hospitality hiring
Saudi Arabia continues to invest heavily in tourism infrastructure. Developers and international hotel brands are expanding their presence across the Kingdom. Consequently, the hospitality sector is creating more opportunities for skilled professionals.
The Amsa agreements follow several major hotel investment announcements made during the Future Hospitality Summit. New hotels and serviced residences will increase demand for talent in operations, housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, customer service, and hotel management.
For HR leaders and employers, the latest expansion highlights the strong link between tourism investment and workforce growth. It also shows how Vision 2030 continues to create long-term career opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s hospitality industry.
