AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) has completed the 2026 edition of its Job Exposure Programme, supporting Bahrain careers by giving students valuable workplace experience and helping them prepare for future opportunities. The initiative focused on building professional skills, leadership qualities and confidence among participants aged 13 to 16.
The programme connected students with leading organisations across Bahrain, allowing them to observe workplace operations, interact with professionals and explore different career paths. As a result, Bahrain careers continue to benefit from initiatives that encourage early talent development.
Bahrain Careers build early workplace skills
The programme introduced students to real working environments through practical learning and mentorship. Participants gained first-hand insight into different industries while developing a clearer understanding of potential career choices.
At the same time, the initiative supported Bahrain youth career development by helping students strengthen their communication, teamwork and decision-making skills from an early age.
Students gain practical experience through training
Throughout the programme, participants completed activities focused on CV preparation, workplace expectations and professional communication. They also took part in practical assignments designed to improve responsibility, independence and confidence.
These experiences gave students the opportunity to apply new skills while preparing for future education and employment. Consequently, Bahrain careers continue to benefit from programmes that bridge classroom learning with workplace experience.
Leading organisations support Bahrain Careers
Several national organisations partnered with MKF to host students during the programme. These included the Bahrain Economic Development Board, ASRY, Mubasher Capital, the Information & eGovernment Authority, Naseej, Masaha Creative Production, VOID, Bapco Energies, the Central Bank of Bahrain and AlQoud Foundation Group.
Their participation expanded students’ exposure to different industries and workplace environments across the Kingdom.
Programme strengthens Bahrain’s Future workforce
By combining mentorship with hands-on learning, the programme helps young people make informed career decisions while building confidence for the future. Moreover, Bahrain careers continue to benefit from initiatives that prepare students with practical knowledge and workplace skills.
As the programme concludes, MKF’s efforts continue to support Bahrain youth career development by helping the next generation enter the workforce with greater awareness, experience and confidence.
