JLL plans to add around 1,600 jobs in India through an expansion of its Hyderabad operations. The company signed a new office lease in December 2025 to support hiring and scale its global business services platform from India.

Hiring expansion in Hyderabad

The expansion will strengthen JLL Business Services, which delivers global operational support for the company. JLL aims to complete most of the hiring by the end of the first quarter of 2026 and place teams in advanced business and technology roles.

Type of roles being added

The new jobs will span analytics, technology-enabled services, and strategic business operations. These roles support JLL’s real estate advisory and investment management clients worldwide.

The company said the hiring reflects a shift toward higher-value capabilities within its global services network.

India’s role in JLL’s global workforce

JLL Business Services operates across six countries and employs more than 6,000 professionals globally. India accounts for over half of that workforce.

The Hyderabad expansion adds to JLL’s existing India presence and positions the city as a key delivery hub for global operations.

Office facility details

To support the hiring, JLL has leased a 120,000 sq ft office in Hyderabad’s Financial District. The space spans two floors in the Prestige Sky Tech building and will house the expanded teams.

The facility includes modern infrastructure designed for hybrid work and long-term operations.
