The role also included reviewing customer agreements to ensure service commitments remained measurable and aligned with operational capabilities. Abdulrahman monitored SLA performance, addressed compliance issues, and managed change processes to reduce service disruption.
In addition, Abdulrahman managed incident resolution processes and coordinated with national and international service providers to support service continuity. The profile also states that Abdulrahman established a 24 hour, seven day service desk to provide timely customer support.
Experience across operations management
