Hani Malallah has been appointed Director of Operations at International Turnkey Systems (ITS) in Kuwait. The appointment brings more than 18 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and banking and financial services to the company’s leadership team.
In his new role, Malallah will support the continued development of ITS’s operational capabilities. His responsibilities include strengthening resilience, security, governance, service excellence, and alignment between operational priorities and broader business objectives.
Hani Malallah brings technology and Risk leadership experience
Malallah has built his career across technology, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management and IT audit. Throughout his career, he has led technology environments, cybersecurity and risk frameworks, business continuity programmes, regulatory compliance initiatives and operational resilience strategies across financial institutions in Kuwait.
According to his professional profile, Malallah previously served as Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Credit Information Network (Ci Net), where he led teams responsible for Information and Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management and Operational Risk. Earlier, he held leadership positions at Gulf Bank, Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Boubyan Bank, and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Internet Engineering from the University of Portsmouth. He also holds professional certifications, including Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
