M+C Saatchi Group Middle East has appointed Lana Bdeir as Chief Growth Officer, reinforcing its push to scale business across the region. The move comes as the agency sharpens its focus on integrated growth strategies. In particular, it aims to win new business and strengthen its market positioning.
Strategic mandate to accelerate growth across disciplines
In her new role, Bdeir will lead the group’s growth agenda across the Middle East. She will focus on driving new client acquisition and aligning capabilities into a unified offering.
Moreover, she will collaborate closely with teams across advertising, media, PR, social, consulting, and production. This integrated approach is expected to improve client outcomes and unlock new revenue streams.
Brings 20+ years of global brand transformation experience
Bdeir brings over two decades of experience across the Middle East and Europe. Notably, she has led brand transformation and business repositioning at critical growth stages.
She joins from SRMG Labs, where she helped transform the unit into a client-facing strategic partner. During her tenure, she led major pitches and built multidisciplinary teams. Her work included high-profile clients such as Public Investment Fund and PepsiCo.
Earlier, she served as Managing Director at FutureBrand Middle East, where she drove regional brand strategy and growth.
Leadership view: ‘Growth engine powered by creativity’
According to Scott Feasey, Bdeir combines strategic clarity with creative insight. He added that her ability to turn brand strategy into measurable growth will support the company’s regional ambitions.
Bdeir, meanwhile, emphasised the agency’s “Cultural Power” philosophy. She noted that the Middle East presents a unique growth opportunity, as brands are scaling rapidly and often being built from scratch.
Therefore, she aims to connect creative thinking with tangible business outcomes.
Strong regional footprint and global network
M+C Saatchi Group operates in 23 countries, with headquarters in London. It is widely recognised as one of the largest independent creative networks globally. In the Middle East, the group serves a diverse client base. This includes Wio Bank, Warner Bros. Discovery, and DP World.
Additionally, it works with brands across sectors such as entertainment, finance, and sports marketing.
