Dulsco Group has appointed Mick Satsangi as Chief Executive Officer of its environmental arm, Dulsco Environment. The move comes at a time when sustainability mandates and circular economy strategies are accelerating across the region.
Satsangi brings more than two decades of global experience in environmental services, waste management, and large-scale operational leadership across Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Notably, he has led complex, asset-heavy businesses with large workforces and advanced treatment infrastructure.
Proven track record in circular economy and zero-waste systems
Before joining Dulsco, Satsangi played a key role in giga-scale sustainability projects in Saudi Arabia. He led integrated waste management systems covering collection, recycling, and treatment. These systems supported ambitious urban developments and delivered measurable outcomes.
According to his professional profile, he helped design multi-billion-dollar circular economy strategies and piloted programmes achieving over 80% landfill diversion. In addition, he drove the use of AI-led infrastructure to meet long-term zero-waste targets.
Earlier in his career, he managed large regional operations in Australia and New Zealand. During this time, he improved recycling rates, reduced operational costs, and secured major contracts through sustainability-led service models.
