HRE Development has appointed Mohammad Al Sari as its new Chief Executive Officer. The Dubai-based real estate developer announced the appointment as it focuses on growth and expansion.

Mohammad Al Sari’s experience spans property development, wellness-oriented design and architectural excellence.

As Chief Development Officer, Mohammad Al Sari directly oversaw the delivery of Skyhills Residences 1. HRE Development completed the project six months ahead of schedule.

Mohammad Al Sari has also advocated for early project delivery as an operational discipline rather than a marketing strategy.

Mohamed Adib Hijazi, Chairman of HRE Development, said Mohammad Al Sari’s leadership would support the company’s vision and growth plans.

“Appointing Mr. Al Sari as CEO marks a significant milestone for HRE Development,” Mohamed Adib Hijazi said.

“His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our vision, accelerating strategic growth, and ensuring we continue to deliver developments built with purpose, quality, and lasting value.”

New CEO to oversee growth strategy and project delivery

In his new role, Mohammad Al Sari will oversee HRE Development’s growth strategy and project delivery. The company said his focus will include premium developments across Dubai.

Mohammad Al Sari will also lead HRE Contracting and Construction, the company’s in-house construction arm.

The unit manages design, procurement and final handover. This model reduces HRE Development’s reliance on third-party contractors.

According to the company, the integrated model supports end-to-end quality control across its portfolio. It also aligns with HRE Development’s focus on project timelines and construction standards.

Focus on Dubai’s premium residential communities

Commenting on his appointment, Mohammad Al Sari said HRE Development would focus on premium projects in Dubai’s sought-after communities.

“Our focus is to take HRE Development to the next level,” Mohammad Al Sari said.

“We are deeply committed to building premium projects in Dubai’s most sought after communities, ensuring we give both investors and end users the opportunity to be a central part of the city’s future.”

Mohammad Al Sari also pointed to infrastructure development as a factor shaping investment trends in Dubai.

He expects planned projects, including the Dubai Gold Line, to increase the investment appeal of residential hubs such as Jumeirah Village Circle, MBR City and Meydan.

The Chief Executive Officer appointment places Mohammad Al Sari in charge of HRE Development’s growth strategy, project delivery and in-house construction operations as the company expands its development activities in Dubai.
