Mohammed Al Neaim has been appointed Chief Shared Services Officer at Tawuniya in Saudi Arabia. He announced the appointment on LinkedIn and outlined the priorities for the role.
In his post, Al Neaim thanked Tawuniya’s Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and colleagues across the company for their trust and support. He said their collaboration had shaped his experience during his previous role.
Focus on enterprise shared services
Al Neaim said his priority is to build shared services into a strategic platform for the business. He said the function will support the company’s core operations while helping the group grow in a disciplined way.
He also said the shared services platform should reflect Tawuniya’s standing in the market. According to Al Neaim, this work aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
His LinkedIn profile states that he became Chief Shared Services Officer in July 2026. The role covers the group’s people, procurement, customer, brand, performance and corporate services functions. It also connects Tawuniya’s corporate centre with its subsidiaries while developing a shared services platform for the business.
Leadership journey at Tawuniya
Before taking on the new position, Al Neaim served as Chief of Staff at Tawuniya from May 2024 to July 2026. During that time, he supported the Chief Executive Officer, coordinated strategic planning and worked to improve operational alignment across the organisation.
Earlier, he worked as Executive Director of Planning and Quality. His responsibilities included strategic planning, operational excellence, project planning and organisational performance.
His career also includes leadership roles in healthcare administration, governance and quality management.

Speaking about the appointment, Al Neaim said:

He added that the ambition supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. He also said he looks forward to working with colleagues across the organisation.
