Dubai-based business leader and former insurance executive Iram Kauser has launched Pivot Prime, a new operations and execution consultancy designed to help founders, SMEs and leadership teams scale their businesses in the UAE.
The company positions itself as a 360-degree operations and execution partner, focusing on turning business strategies into measurable outcomes. Rather than offering advisory services alone, Pivot Prime aims to support clients with implementation, operational improvement and growth execution.
Addressing a Growing Need for Operational Execution
As more international businesses enter the UAE and regional firms pursue expansion, operational complexity has become a major challenge. Many companies secure licenses and establish legal entities but struggle to build the systems, teams and processes required for sustainable growth.
Pivot Prime seeks to bridge that gap through a three-pillar service model focused on operational clarity, UAE market entry and fractional COO support.
According to the company, operational clarity services help businesses identify bottlenecks, founder dependencies, financial inefficiencies and automation opportunities. The process culminates in a structured execution roadmap designed to improve scalability and profitability.
Supporting Businesses Entering the UAE
Market entry forms a key part of the firm’s offering. Instead of focusing solely on company formation and licensing, Pivot Prime supports businesses across business planning, pricing strategy, office setup, staffing, supply chain development, customer journey design and go-to-market execution.
The company says this approach helps businesses become fully operational in the UAE rather than simply establishing a legal presence.
With the UAE continuing to attract entrepreneurs, investors and international companies, demand for practical market-entry expertise has increased across sectors ranging from professional services to technology and consumer businesses.
Fractional COO Model Gains Momentum
The consultancy also offers fractional COO services for organisations that require senior operational leadership without committing to a full-time executive hire.
Under this model, businesses gain access to experienced operational oversight, financial modelling, process optimisation, automation implementation and execution management.
Fractional leadership arrangements have gained popularity globally as companies seek flexible ways to strengthen execution capabilities while controlling overhead costs.
Founder Brings 16 Years of Regional Leadership Experience
Pivot Prime builds on Kauser’s experience across actuarial science, pricing, product development, portfolio management, operations and executive leadership.
Over the past 16 years, she has held senior positions across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the UK. Most recently, she served as Head of Operations for the Middle East and Africa at Gallagher, where she oversaw operational infrastructure, compliance, finance operations, HR, procurement and technology functions.
Before that, she held leadership roles at AIG, including Head of Pricing and Portfolio Management for the Middle East, Africa and Israel, and Chief of Staff to the regional CEO.
The firm has also assembled a specialist network covering branding, marketing and go-to-market execution, with plans to expand capabilities as client demand grows.
Focus on Execution Over Strategy Alone
Pivot Prime enters the market at a time when many businesses are seeking support beyond traditional consulting engagements.
The company’s value proposition centres on execution, accountability and operational performance. By combining strategic planning with implementation support, it aims to help businesses convert growth ambitions into operational reality.
