Tofflon Middle East & Africa has appointed Sameeh Qumi as Regional Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Iraq. Hasan Jibreel has also been appointed Key Account Director MENA and Country Manager, GCC Region.

The company has additionally appointed Mohamed Redjal as Regional Country Manager for Algeria and Tunisia. Tofflon said the appointments form part of the continued development of its country management structure across the Middle East and Africa.

Sameeh Qumi takes Saudi Arabia regional role

Sameeh Qumi joins the new role with experience across sales, manufacturing, engineering and team leadership. He has been Regional Country Manager at Tofflon Group since August 2026, based in Amman, Jordan.

Qumi has also served as Middle East’s Sales Manager at Tofflon since March 2023. Before joining Tofflon, he spent more than eight years at Rieckermann in sales and qualification and validation engineering roles.

His earlier career includes management and engineering positions in Jordan. He worked as Maintenance Manager at Petra Trading & Investment Co. and Plant Manager at Turkish Company for Food Industries.

Qumi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Jordan University for Science and Technology. His listed skills include supply chain management, team leadership and manufacturing.

Hasan Jibreel takes wider MENA and GCC remit

Hasan Jibreel has been appointed Key Account Director MENA and Country Manager, GCC Region. The role gives Jibreel responsibility across the GCC while also covering key account leadership at the MENA level.

The appointment sits alongside Qumi’s regional responsibility for Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Iraq. Together, the roles create defined leadership responsibilities across several of Tofflon Middle East & Africa’s markets.

The company said the appointments are intended to support closer coordination across key markets. The changes also form part of the continued development of Tofflon’s country management structure across the Middle East and Africa.

Tofflon strengthens regional country management

The new structure separates country and regional responsibilities across the company’s Middle East and African markets. Qumi will oversee Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Iraq, while Jibreel will hold the GCC Country Manager role alongside his MENA key account responsibilities.

Meanwhile, Mohamed Redjal will serve as Regional Country Manager for Algeria and Tunisia. The three appointments therefore extend the company’s defined country management responsibilities across both regions.
