KAIZEN Asset Management Services has appointed Conor Kilcoyne as Director, reinforcing the firm’s ambitions to accelerate business expansion and strengthen its asset management portfolio across key markets.

In his new role, Kilcoyne will lead the establishment of a dedicated business development and expansion function. He will also oversee strategic growth initiatives, build high-performing commercial teams, and expand the company’s portfolio with a target to grow assets under management (AUM) by more than 800 units before the end of 2026.

Focus on International Expansion and Revenue Growth

Kilcoyne brings more than a decade of experience in commercial leadership, international market expansion, and revenue scaling across property and technology sectors.

Before joining KAIZEN Asset Management Services, he held several senior leadership roles at GetGround, where he played a key role in driving international growth initiatives. Most recently, he served as Head of International and led the company’s Middle East market launch strategy.

During his tenure, he managed commercial teams across London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai. He also helped scale revenue operations that contributed to more than half of the company’s total user acquisition.

Building a Scalable Commercial Function

At KAIZEN, Kilcoyne is expected to focus on strengthening the company’s market presence and building scalable growth frameworks. In addition, he will work on expanding strategic partnerships and enhancing operational execution to support long-term business goals.

Industry observers believe the appointment reflects growing demand for experienced commercial leaders who can combine operational expertise with international expansion capabilities in the asset management sector.

Strong Track Record Across Property and Investment Sectors

Over the course of his career, Kilcoyne has worked with several firms across investment consulting, property advisory, and real estate development. His previous experience includes leadership positions at Surrenden Invest Ltd and Sherry FitzGerald.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Information Studies from University College Dublin and has also completed Data Analysis for Management studies at London School of Economics and Political Science.

The appointment comes as KAIZEN Asset Management Services continues to strengthen its leadership team and position itself for sustained regional growth in the investment and asset management space.
