UnifyApps has promoted Khushali Chhaya to Associate Director, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey in the United Arab Emirates.
The announcement comes nearly 14 months after Chhaya relocated to Dubai. She described the move as a leap of faith that brought new opportunities, challenges, and personal growth.
The promotion reflects her contributions to program management, digital transformation, and product experience initiatives at the company. It also highlights the growing role of experienced technology and strategy professionals in the UAE’s expanding digital economy.
Leadership Journey Across Strategy and Digital Transformation
Chhaya joined UnifyApps in April 2025 as part of the Program Management – Product Experience team. In her new role as Associate Director, she will continue to support strategic programs and technology-led business transformation initiatives.
She brings more than a decade of experience across strategy consulting, product management, and digital transformation. Throughout her career, she has delivered large-scale digital products and technology solutions for organizations in the media, aviation, fintech, sports, and technology sectors.
Before joining UnifyApps, Chhaya served as Senior Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. There, she led transformation projects for clients across multiple industries and helped shape digital innovation strategies. Earlier, she held leadership positions at ZEE5, Network18, Global Eagle Entertainment, Disney, and Disney Star.
Experience in Product Strategy and AI-Led Programs
Over the years, Chhaya has built expertise in product strategy, agile delivery, customer experience enhancement, and strategic program management. According to her professional profile, she has worked on digital products that generated more than AED 1.5 billion in value and has led initiatives that improved operational performance and accelerated partner growth.
Her skill set spans product management, digital transformation, strategy consulting, and AI program management. She also holds certification in Generative AI for Product Managers, reflecting her focus on emerging technologies and business innovation.
