Emirates Group has launched a recruitment drive for more than 100 jobs across its aviation and corporate businesses.

The hiring drive targets both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates. At the same time, the group is focusing on attracting and developing Emirati talent.

Emirates Group hiring spans IT, engineering and airport operations

The vacancies cover a wide range of functions. These include information technology, engineering and maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources and customer service.

Candidates can apply through the Emirates Group careers portal. Roles and eligibility requirements vary by position and seniority.

The group is also offering a range of employment benefits. These include tax-free salaries, furnished accommodation or housing allowances and medical insurance.

In addition, employees can receive annual flight tickets and travel discounts for themselves and eligible family members.

Emirates pilot jobs offer packages of up to Dh1.2 million

Pilot roles remain among the highest-paid positions in the Emirates Group recruitment programme.

An Emirates pilot can receive an annual remuneration package worth about Dh1.2 million ($320,000).

The package includes an annual cash salary of about Dh575,000, based on an average of 85 flying hours a month.

Pilots can also receive company-provided housing and education allowances for up to three children. The package includes 42 days of annual leave as well.

Eligible family members can receive business-class annual travel benefits. Pilots may also receive retirement savings contributions, comprehensive insurance and annual profit-sharing, subject to company performance.

Emirates cadet pilot programme continues

Emirates is also recruiting through its national cadet pilot programme.

Trainees receive a monthly salary of Dh6,365 during the initial ground school and flight training stages.

The amount rises to Dh18,335 during aircraft type-rating training. It then increases to Dh31,745 during line training.

After completing the programme, first officers receive a monthly package of about Dh52,000, including fixed allowances.

Cabin crew roles offer tax-free salaries and travel benefits

Emirates is also hiring cabin crew members as part of its wider recruitment drive.

Cabin crew receive a tax-free basic monthly salary of Dh4,980. They also receive flying pay of Dh69.60 per flight hour.

Based on average monthly flying hours, total earnings are about Dh11,000 per month.

Furthermore, cabin crew receive overnight meal allowances, hotel accommodation during layovers and airport transport provided by the company.

Emirates hiring supports UAE talent development

The recruitment campaign comes as Emirates Group continues to invest in its workforce across aviation and corporate functions.

The focus on Emirati talent is also part of the group’s broader efforts to attract and develop national skills.

With roles spanning technology, engineering, airport operations and customer-facing functions, the latest hiring drive offers opportunities across several areas of the aviation industry.
