India-based Alhind Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd has secured a major contract to deliver passport, visa, and consular services for Indian missions in the UAE and Sri Lanka. As a result, the company has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for more than 300 roles across the Emirates.

The contract marks a significant expansion for Alhind Group, which already operates government-approved centres across India. Notably, the company won the bid after offering the lowest financial proposal among four shortlisted firms.

Walk-in Interviews Scheduled in Sharjah

To begin hiring, Alhind will conduct walk-in interviews at Alhind Tower in Sharjah on May 3. The interviews will run from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Candidates with a valid UAE residence visa can apply. Moreover, applicants must bring updated CVs, passport copies, visa documents, and educational certificates. Due to expected high turnout, early arrival is strongly advised.

Roles Open for Freshers and Experienced Professionals

The hiring drive covers a wide range of positions. For instance, entry-level roles include submission officers and counter staff, making this an attractive opportunity for fresh graduates.

In addition, Alhind is recruiting for senior roles such as branch heads, operations managers, and senior executives. However, these positions require prior experience in consular or administrative services.

Therefore, candidates from both entry-level and experienced backgrounds can find suitable opportunities.

16 Centres Planned Across UAE

Alhind plans to operate more than 16 consular service centres across all seven emirates. Consequently, selected candidates may be placed anywhere in the UAE, depending on operational requirements.

The company aims to launch services from July 1. This rollout will support Indian expatriates by improving access to essential documentation services.

Affordable Fee Structure Announced

According to Chairman Mohammed Haris T, the company will follow a transparent and affordable pricing model.

Specifically, Alhind will charge only Dh19 above the embassy-mandated fees. This approach ensures cost-effective services while maintaining operational efficiency.

Services to Be Offered

Under the agreement with Indian missions, Alhind will provide a full suite of consular services, including:

  • Passport and visa processing
  • OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) services
  • Police Clearance Certificates (PCC)
  • Surrender Certificates (SC)
  • Global Entry Programme (GEP) verification
  • Apostille and certificate attestation
  • Additional consular support services

Hiring Reflects Strong UAE Job Market Sentiment

Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties, recruitment experts note that UAE employers continue to hire actively. In fact, many companies view current disruptions as temporary and remain focused on long-term growth.

Thus, Alhind’s hiring push signals continued confidence in the UAE’s labour market, especially in service and administrative sectors.
