Stevens will lead business development initiatives and strategic partnerships across the GCC and the wider Middle East. She will also work with internal teams to align client needs with digital and AI-driven facility management solutions. Brings more than two decades of regional industry experience
Stevens brings over 20 years of international experience across facilities management, hospitality, and real estate services. Previously, she helped grow revenues at Rentokil Initial, Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass, and Duserve FM. She worked across multiple industry sectors and regional markets.
Before joining HITEK AI, she spent more than ten years at MRI Software in Dubai. During this period, she drove business growth through strategic sales and client engagement. She also worked closely with product teams to support innovation, product development, and market expansion.

In her new role, Stevens will focus on expanding regional relationships and strengthening market presence. She said she looks forward to contributing at a key stage in the company’s evolution. She also highlighted her interest in real estate technology and smart city development.
