Paul Lacey has been appointed CEO – TouchPoints at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. He will lead the bank’s loyalty and rewards platform in the UAE.

To lead ADCB’s loyalty and engagement platform

In his new role, Lacey will oversee the TouchPoints programme. He will lead strategy, partnerships, commercial development, and member engagement. The mandate focuses on strengthening the bank’s loyalty ecosystem and expanding platform growth.

TouchPoints is a key part of ADCB’s customer engagement strategy. The platform connects retail banking customers with rewards and partner offers across the UAE.

Brings global loyalty and airline experience

Lacey joins ADCB after serving as Head of Loyalty Strategy & Partnerships at Tamimi Markets. He previously led id8 retail in the Middle East, where he worked on data-driven loyalty and retail media solutions.

He also held senior regional roles at Kognitiv Corporation and Aimia Inc across EMEA. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President, Loyalty at Qatar Airways, managing the airline’s Privilege Club programme with direct P&L responsibility.

His background includes leadership roles at Aeroplan and Air Canada in Canada, where he worked on airline and retail loyalty partnerships.

Part of broader UAE leadership movement

The appointment comes amid continued executive hiring across the UAE’s banking and customer engagement sectors, as institutions focus on data-driven growth and retention platforms.
