Jellyfish has appointed Sally Husseini as its new Managing Director, effective February 2026. The move signals a strategic leadership shift as the digital marketing and transformation firm sharpens its focus on data-led growth and future-ready capabilities.

Leadership move strengthens Jellyfish’s regional ambitions

In her new role, Husseini will lead business strategy, deepen client partnerships, and accelerate Jellyfish’s innovation agenda across the region. Her appointment comes as brands grapple with increasingly complex data ecosystems and seek more integrated, insight-driven marketing solutions.

Husseini brings strong expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning, and client leadership. This positions her well to guide Jellyfish through its next phase of growth.

Strong track record in digital, data and client management

Before this appointment, Husseini served as Client Partner at AKQA, where she led high-impact client relationships and growth initiatives. She also spent more than five years at Jellyfish in senior leadership roles, including Senior Director – Client Management, making her return a continuity-driven move.

Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Publicis Media. There, she played a key role in building social insights, measurement frameworks, and data-driven marketing strategies for global brands.

Focus on future-ready marketing solutions

With over a decade of experience across the Middle East, Husseini is recognised for blending technology, insights, and creativity to deliver stronger marketing outcomes. At Jellyfish, she is expected to help brands adapt to rapid technological change while unlocking value from complex data environments.

Her appointment reflects Jellyfish’s focus on strengthening leadership as marketing organisations move toward more agile, insight-led operating models.
