Dubai Holding has appointed Adnan Khan as Director of Treasury. The move reflects the group’s continued focus on financial resilience and disciplined capital management. It also reinforces its commitment to long-term value creation across its diversified portfolio in the UAE and international markets.
In this role, Khan will oversee treasury strategy across the group. Additionally, he will lead liquidity and cash management. He will also manage banking relationships and financial risk frameworks. Together, these responsibilities will support Dubai Holding’s operational scale and investment priorities.
Career spanning corporate treasury and banking
Khan brings more than 17 years of experience across corporate treasury, banking, and financial risk. Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles in both regional and multinational organisations. Most recently, he served as Group Treasury Manager at Dubizzle Group. There, he led treasury operations during a period of organisational growth and regional expansion.
Before that, Khan held senior treasury roles at Albawardi Group, Aga Khan University Hospital, and Emaar, The Economic City. In these positions, he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios. Moreover, he established group-level treasury functions and strengthened governance frameworks. Earlier in his career, he worked with Shell and Standard Chartered Bank. As a result, he developed a strong foundation across both corporate and banking environments.

Khan holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Aberdeen. Combined with his regional and global exposure, his experience positions him well to support Dubai Holding’s next phase of growth
