IAN Sustainable Solutions announced a GCC-wide solar distribution agreement with China-based DMEGC Solar on December 9, 2025, in Dubai. The deal gives IAN exclusive rights across Gulf markets and links the firm to the region’s Dh24 billion solar PV sector.

IAN Sustainable Solutions will now distribute DMEGC Solar panels across the UAE and neighbouring GCC states. The agreement sets IAN as the sole regional partner for the Chinese manufacturer. The signing took place in Dubai between AG Holding Chairman Abdulrahman Al Baidhaei and DMEGC Global Sales Head Leon Lu.
DMEGC Solar entered the GCC market for the first time through this deal. The company holds Bloomberg Tier 1 status and ranks among the global Top 10 module suppliers. It supplies panels for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects worldwide.

The partnership links IAN Sustainable Solutions directly to the GCC’s Dh24 billion solar PV market. The UAE leads regional solar investment under its national clean energy targets. These projects continue to expand grid-scale solar capacity across multiple emirates.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park in Dubai aims to reach 5,000 MW by 2030. The project carries an estimated investment of Dh50 billion. Masdar is also advancing large solar developments tied to battery storage, including a Dh22 billion project with 5GW capacity.

IAN Sustainable Solutions already distributes several international renewable brands in the Gulf. The DMEGC partnership adds high-efficiency solar modules to its existing clean energy trading network. The company operates from Dubai as its regional logistics hub.
Abdulrahman Al Baidhaei said the partnership supports wider clean energy deployment. Leon Lu confirmed the agreement marks DMEGC’s formal entry into Gulf markets. Both firms stated the deal aligns with long-term solar deployment plans across the region.
The collaboration strengthens supply access for utility-scale and commercial solar developers. It also supports current Renewable energy UAE targets under the national energy strategy through 2030.
