CPX Holding and SpendConsole have announced a strategic alliance to introduce the UAE’s first sovereign, mandate-ready e-invoicing platform. The solution is designed to help organisations comply with the upcoming UAE Ministry of Finance e-invoicing regulations.

The initiative comes ahead of the voluntary rollout starting July 1, 2026. Mandatory implementation will follow in phases from 2027. As a result, businesses now have a clear window to prepare their financial systems and processes.

Driving compliance, efficiency, and digital transformation

The new platform enables both public and private sector entities to meet regulatory requirements while improving operational efficiency. It supports structured XML-based invoicing, which reduces manual errors and enhances tax compliance across B2B and B2G transactions.

Moreover, the system lays the groundwork for real-time financial governance and secure data exchange. It also allows organisations to modernise accounts payable processes and strengthen internal financial controls.

AI-powered automation meets cybersecurity assurance

The integrated solution combines SpendConsole’s AI-driven finance automation with CPX’s cybersecurity capabilities. These include compliance reporting, secure data hosting, and continuous SOC monitoring.

As a result, organisations can maintain audit-ready processes while ensuring secure digital transactions. In addition, the platform includes embedded payment and treasury features, giving CFOs real-time visibility into cash flow and working capital.

Supporting UAE’s digital economy and AI strategy

This collaboration directly supports the UAE’s broader AI and Digital Economy Strategy. It aims to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI, improve tax transparency, and reduce fraud risks such as VAT leakage.

According to Hadi Anwar, CEO of CPX, secure and intelligent financial systems are essential for building trust in the digital economy. He added that the partnership strengthens CPX’s role beyond cybersecurity into enterprise finance transformation.

Similarly, Abid Ali, Founder and CEO of SpendConsole, noted that the mandate acts as a catalyst for transforming financial operations. He emphasised that the joint solution delivers measurable improvements in accuracy, productivity, and cash flow performance.

Built on Microsoft Azure for scalability and security

The platform will be hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, robust security, and data sovereignty. This cloud foundation enables organisations to deploy a future-ready solution while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

A unified value proposition for UAE enterprises

Together, CPX, Microsoft, and SpendConsole offer a comprehensive solution that combines fintech innovation, cybersecurity, and cloud technology. Consequently, UAE organisations gain access to a secure, locally hosted, and mandate-ready e-invoicing platform.
