Mac Jee has appointed Khalaf Fahd as Chief Executive Officer for Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Kingdom and its regional growth strategy.
In his new role, Fahd will lead the company’s operations across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa. He will focus on business expansion, strategic partnerships and strengthening Mac Jee’s presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing defence markets.
The appointment supports Mac Jee’s broader international expansion plans while aligning with Saudi Arabia’s ambition to build a stronger domestic defence industry through localisation, technology transfer and talent development.

Mac Jee said its strategy in Saudi Arabia extends beyond business expansion. The company plans to contribute to the Kingdom’s defence industrial base by promoting knowledge transfer, developing local capabilities and supporting the production of advanced defence technologies.

Khalaf Fahd brings extensive defence leadership experience
Before joining Mac Jee, Fahd served as Director – Capabilities and Business Development at SAMI Advanced Electronics. Earlier, he held the positions of Senior Manager – Capabilities and Business Development and Business Development Manager within the company.
Previously, he spent nearly seven years as a Team Leader at the Ministry of Defence – Saudi Arabia. Across these roles, he gained extensive experience in business development, capability planning, defence strategy and industrial growth.
According to his professional profile, Fahd specialises in business strategy, new business development and defence technology, with a strong focus on industrial localisation and strategic transformation.
