Musanadah Facilities Management has appointed Rana Alturki as Business Development Manager for the Eastern Province. She will focus on expanding the company’s presence in the retail, energy, education and healthcare sectors.
The company said Rana Alturki will help develop new business opportunities across one of Saudi Arabia’s busiest economic regions.
The Eastern Province is home to many of the Kingdom’s largest industrial, healthcare, commercial and energy assets. As demand for integrated facilities management services grows, the region remains an important market for the company.
Leadership experience across multiple sectors
Rana Alturki brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from Saudi Arabia and across the GCC. Her background spans facilities management, project management, construction, hospitality, retail, education and entrepreneurship.
She has held senior leadership roles in facilities management, project delivery and specialised contracting. In addition, she has launched and managed several entrepreneurial ventures across the GCC.
Rana Alturki has also served in governance and community leadership roles. She became the first Saudi woman to join the board of International Schools Group. She has also served on the advisory board of Dhahran Ahliyya Schools.
Most recently, Rana Alturki worked as a project manager in specialised contracting. She managed strategic partnerships and oversaw projects from design through to final handover.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a facility manager at Rawabi Tower. There, she led the fit out, commissioning and operational handover of the building.
Focus on business growth in the Eastern Province
Musanadah Facilities Management said the appointment strengthens its business development team in the Eastern Province. The company is targeting growth in retail, oil and gas, education and healthcare.
Brad Robbins, Business Development Director at Musanadah Facilities Management, said Rana Alturki brings a strong understanding of the regional market.
“Rana brings a deep understanding of the Eastern Province business landscape and a genuine passion for the region’s future. Her unique blend of facilities management, project delivery and entrepreneurial experience will help accelerate our growth in the retail, oil and gas, education and healthcare sectors,” said Brad Robbins.
