ADNH Catering KSA has appointed Simon Khayat as Regional Managing Director, adding a senior hospitality and catering executive to its leadership team in Saudi Arabia.
Khayat brings more than two decades of experience across catering, food and beverage, facilities management and operations. His career includes senior roles in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other GCC markets.
According to his professional profile, Khayat joined ADNH Catering KSA as Managing Director-KSA in August 2026 and is based in Riyadh.
Simon Khayat brings Saudi catering experience
Before joining ADNH Catering KSA, Khayat served as EVP-Chief Integrated Hospitality Officer at CATRION. He held the role from February 2025 and led its Integrated Hospitality division across several business segments.
These included healthcare, giga projects, remote sites, offshore operations, railways, Hajj and Umrah, and business and industrial clients. He also held full P&L responsibility and managed commercial relationships with more than 120 clients.
His CATRION role also covered operations, procurement, HR, finance and commercial functions. In addition, he worked across food safety, HSE compliance, staff management and supply chain governance.
The experience gives Khayat direct exposure to the sectors and operating models that shape Saudi Arabia’s catering and hospitality-services market.
GCC leadership spans catering and support services
Khayat previously spent nearly four years as General Manager at TAG Ltd Catering & Support Services in Kuwait. There, he led eight production units and more than 50 active contracts across oil and gas, healthcare, government and private-sector clients.
He also managed a workforce of more than 2,000 professionals and a fleet of more than 150 vehicles. During the role, he reported 28% growth in 2021 and 26% in 2022 while managing a USD 50 million budget.
Earlier, Khayat was Vice President of Operations-Catering at DAMAC. His responsibilities included business development, market expansion and contracting across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
He also spent six years with Mezzan Holding, including as General Manager of Al Wazzan Catering. His responsibilities covered catering operations, recruitment, budgets, KPIs and financial reporting.
Focus on operations and business growth
Khayat’s profile highlights expertise in large-scale operations, supply chains, facility management and profitability. It also lists experience in contract negotiations, compliance, customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
His appointment therefore brings a leadership profile built around both operational management and commercial development.
For ADNH Catering KSA, the move places an executive with experience across catering, hospitality and support services in charge of its Saudi operations.
Khayat holds an MBA from the University of Wales and a BA in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.
