Park Hyatt Dubai has appointed seasoned hospitality executive Ersev Demiroz as General Manager of the Dubai Creek Resort, strengthening leadership at one of the city’s most established luxury destinations.
Demiroz brings more than 35 years of international hospitality experience spanning Turkey, the United States, Qatar, Indonesia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Russia, with a career defined by leadership across pre-openings, operational turnarounds and large-scale luxury hotel management.
Global leadership across luxury hospitality brands
Over the course of his career, Demiroz has held senior roles with globally renowned hotel groups, including Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He previously served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes, and led operations in key destinations such as St. Petersburg, the Maldives, Jakarta, Riyadh, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, the Seychelles, Beirut, Berlin and Newport Beach.
