PRYPCO has appointed Damien Drap as Chief Operating Officer, Haresh Bajaj as Chief Product Officer, and Denis Agiev as Chief Technology Officer, according to an official company announcement in Dubai.
The executives will lead operational execution, product strategy, and technology development as the company expands its real-estate ownership and financing ecosystem.

Roles and responsibilities

As Chief Operating Officer, Drap will oversee operational strategy, organisational performance, and execution across the platform. His remit includes scaling delivery capabilities and strengthening operational efficiency.

Bajaj, appointed Chief Product Officer, will lead product and marketing vision, innovation strategy, and platform development. He will oversee user experience, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Agiev, as Chief Technology Officer, will direct technology strategy, platform architecture, and cloud infrastructure. He will also strengthen governance, resilience, and long-term scalability of PRYPCO’s technology stack.

Career background of new executives

Drap brings experience from global marketplace and consulting environments, including leadership roles at Uber and Nomad Homes, alongside earlier work at Oliver Wyman focused on operational scaling and P&L management.

Bajaj has held senior product leadership roles across fintech organisations including Pleo, Klarna, and Barclays, where he contributed to data-driven financial product development and large-scale merchant and revenue growth initiatives.

Agiev brings more than 15 years of engineering and fintech experience, including senior technology leadership at Revolut, with expertise in software platforms, AI integration, and customer-facing digital infrastructure.

Market context

Executive hiring across UAE proptech and fintech platforms continues as companies expand digital ownership models, financing solutions, and investment infrastructure. PRYPCO’s latest C-suite expansion reflects broader leadership scaling across technology-enabled real-estate platforms in the Middle East.
