DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences has appointed Oguzhan Isci as Director of Sales, the company confirmed on December 12, 2025. The appointment applies to the Dubai-based hotel and residences property. It supports ongoing efforts to strengthen commercial leadership in a competitive hospitality market.

Isci brings more than ten years of hospitality experience across the UAE, Qatar, Türkiye, and Europe. Over time, he has built expertise across sales leadership and front office operations. As a result, the property adds a leader with regional exposure and operational depth.

In his new role, Isci will lead the sales strategy for the property. At the same time, he will focus on strengthening key partnerships across corporate and leisure segments. These responsibilities align with broader efforts to sharpen on-property commercial execution.

The appointment reflects a wider trend across Dubai’s hotel sector. As room supply expands, properties are reinforcing leadership teams with professionals who understand multi-market demand patterns and structured sales planning.

Impact of DoubleTree by Hilton leadership appointment

Isci previously held senior sales leadership roles in Doha and Izmir. During this period, he managed a combined inventory of 439 keys. His portfolio included Aleph Doha Residences Curio Collection by Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Al Sadd.

Earlier in his career, he also worked in front office operations across several Hilton hotels. This experience supports closer coordination between sales planning and guest-facing teams at the property.

Professional background and leadership context

Aycan Pasli, Commercial Director, welcomed the appointment. Pasli said the leadership team values Isci’s regional experience and structured approach to sales execution. According to the company, his role will support market presence and revenue performance.

Isci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylul University. He also completed an Erasmus programme in Hospitality Management in Finland. The company said the appointment aligns with its long-term positioning in Dubai’s hospitality market.
