Saudi based Eram Holdings has appointed Alok Kumar as Chief Executive Officer of ERAM HCM India.

In his new role, Kumar will oversee services across staffing, workforce management, international talent mobility, executive search, RPO, HR consulting, payroll and talent advisory. These areas form part of ERAM HCM India’s human capital management offering.

Alok Kumar brings more than 25 years of experience

Kumar brings more than 25 years of experience across sales, staffing, workforce solutions, business development and talent management. His career spans human capital, technology, telecommunications and enterprise solutions.

Before joining ERAM HCM India, Kumar served as Chief Executive Officer of NSDC International Limited from November 2024 to June 2026. He worked on the organisation’s international expansion across skilling, advisory, consulting and training services.

During his time at NSDC International, Kumar worked with international stakeholders to identify skills gaps and develop strategies for different markets. His work covered Germany, Japan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Malaysia and East Africa.

Kumar previously spent more than six years with ManpowerGroup India. His roles included President and Country Head of Manpower and Senior Director for Sales, Account Management and Global Accounts.

He also served as National Head for Strategic Sales and Account Management at The Adecco Group between January 2012 and September 2018. His responsibilities included revenue generation and P&L management.

Earlier in his career, Kumar held roles at Bharti Enterprises, Reliance Communications, HCL Infosystems, Redington India and Vitage Systems. His positions covered enterprise solutions, key accounts, sales and business development.

Kumar’s mandate at ERAM HCM India

At ERAM HCM India, Kumar will lead a broad human capital management portfolio. The business covers staffing, workforce management and international talent mobility, alongside executive search and recruitment process outsourcing.

The portfolio also includes HR consulting, payroll and talent advisory services. Kumar’s previous experience across staffing, workforce solutions and international talent development aligns with several areas within the role.

Alok Kumar’s education

Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration in Business, Management and Marketing from SCMS Group of Institutions. He completed the MBA between 1998 and 2000.

He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Humanistic Studies from Ramjas College, Delhi, University of Delhi. He completed the degree between 1994 and 1997.

Kumar’s appointment places his experience in staffing, workforce solutions and international talent management within ERAM HCM India’s leadership team. His earlier roles include senior leadership positions in both the human capital and enterprise services sectors.

ERAM Holdings is a Saudi Arabia-based diversified group, while ERAM HCM India operates its human capital management business. The company’s offering spans workforce and talent services across staffing, recruitment, consulting, payroll and talent advisory.
