SANAM Group Holding in Kuwait has announced the election of its new Board of Directors for the upcoming term, appointing Bander Al Jarallah as Chairman of the Board and Dr. Sulaiman Al Abduljader as Vice Chairman.

The appointments were made during the Board’s first meeting following the company’s Ordinary General Assembly. The newly elected Board will oversee SANAM Group Holding as it enters its next phase of development, with a stated focus on governance and long term value creation.

Bander Al Jarallah to lead SANAM Group Holding Board

SANAM Group Holding appointed Bander Al Jarallah as Chairman after electing its new Board of Directors in Kuwait. The Board includes Dr. Sulaiman Al Abduljader, Bader Jassim Al Hajeri, Rami Habli and Ahmed Abdullah Al Muzaini.

According to the company, the new Board will guide SANAM Group Holding’s strategic direction in Kuwait while supporting its governance framework and long term objectives.

Leadership experience and Board roles

According to his professional profile, Al Jarallah is the CEO and Founder of Al Jarallah Group and has more than 22 years of leadership experience across transportation, real estate, hospitality, insurance and manufacturing. He also serves on the boards of several organisations, including Sanam Real Estate Company, First Takaful, IFA Hotels & Resorts, ACICO Group and EFS Facilities Services Group.

Dr. Sulaiman Al Abduljader continues to serve as Vice Chairman and CEO of SANAM Group Holding. His professional experience includes board positions in investment and real estate organisations, alongside academic and finance leadership roles.

Focus on governance and long term growth

SANAM Group Holding said the newly elected Board will lead the company through its next phase of growth while strengthening its governance framework and creating sustainable long term value for shareholders and stakeholders.

The company also expressed its appreciation to former Chairman Waleed Hamad Al Sumait and former Board Member Saad Nasser Al Munaifi for their contributions and dedicated service to the Group.
