The ICF Kuwait Chapter has appointed Oraib Al-Fozan, PCC, as Treasurer of the Kuwait Chapter Board of Directors. The appointment adds her to the Chapter’s leadership team as it continues to advance the mission and vision of the International Coaching Federation while supporting the coaching community across Kuwait.

According to the Chapter, Al-Fozan’s appointment reflects its continued focus on collaboration, governance and service to members. In her new role, she will contribute to the Board’s work in strengthening financial stewardship and supporting initiatives that benefit the Chapter and the wider coaching profession.

Oraib Al-Fozan joins the ICF Kuwait Chapter Board

Oraib Al-Fozan is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than a decade of experience in coaching, leadership development and communication. She currently serves as Head of Learning and Development at Fawzia Sultan Healthcare Network and Director of Training at Groath Coaching Academy.

Her professional background spans executive coaching, leadership communication, organisational behaviour, learning and development, and behaviour change. She also founded Art of Coaching, where she led coaching and training programmes designed for professionals, leaders and organisations.

In addition to her coaching credentials, Al-Fozan holds a Master of Science in Psychology and has completed a range of professional coaching certifications. Her experience combines psychology, communication and leadership development to support individuals, teams and organisations.

Supporting governance and financial stewardship

As Treasurer, Al-Fozan will support the Board’s financial stewardship while contributing to its wider initiatives. The Chapter said it looks forward to her involvement in strengthening governance and helping create lasting value for members of Kuwait’s coaching community.

The appointment also reinforces the Chapter’s commitment to advancing the International Coaching Federation’s mission in Kuwait through collaboration, professional standards and community engagement.

The Chapter welcomed Al-Fozan to the Board and expressed confidence in her contribution to its ongoing work. It also wished her success as she begins her responsibilities as Treasurer, supporting the Board’s efforts to serve coaching professionals and strengthen the Chapter’s long-term development.
