According to News of Bahrain, in its report, “Equal Opportunities Committee Reviews Workplace Inclusion Efforts,” published on July 2026, Bahrain’s Equal Opportunities Committee reviewed workplace initiatives to strengthen Bahrain workplace inclusion, promote equal opportunities and support employee engagement across the Ministry of Social Development.

The committee held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Enas Mohammed Al Majed, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development and Chairperson of the committee. During the session, members reviewed ongoing initiatives that encourage equal opportunities across the ministry while supporting approved workplace policies and procedures.
