FP7 McCANN has promoted Cynthia Sarkis to Regional Head of Creative Hub, expanding her oversight across Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Qatar as the agency sharpens its cross-market delivery model in MENAT.

Based in Dubai, Sarkis will lead the systems, structures and coordination that connect FP7 McCANN’s regional hubs, ensuring campaigns move faster to market while maintaining creative quality and commercial effectiveness.

The Cynthia Sarkis promotion reflects the agency’s broader effort to integrate operations more tightly across markets as client mandates grow in scale and complexity.

Driving integrated execution across MENAT

With 12 years of experience in advertising and communications, Sarkis has built a reputation for aligning creative, strategy, account and production teams to deliver consistent and measurable results. She has managed operations for over 40 international and regional brands, refining workflow models and resource planning to enhance output at scale.

At FP7 McCANN, she supports clients including Mastercard, L’Oréal Paris and McDonald’s. Earlier in her career in Lebanon, she worked with global brands such as Visa, Rolex, Cadillac, Red Bull and NIVEA.

CEO Tarek Miknas said Sarkis has been instrumental in building an operating rhythm that enables high-performing creative output across fast-moving markets.

Part of wider regional leadership strengthening

The promotion comes alongside other regional leadership elevations, including Nick Salter as Regional Head of Strategy and Ibrahim Hasan as Regional Head of Social, reinforcing the agency’s performance-led growth agenda.

Founded in Beirut in 1968, FP7 McCANN operates across 14 countries and is part of Omnicom Group through the Middle East Communications Network. The agency continues to build on its recognition across global and regional award platforms while strengthening commercially grounded creative solutions across MENAT.
