ANAROCK Middle East has appointed Lloyd M. as Director of Residential, Abu Dhabi. He will help establish the company’s residential consultancy business and build relationships with developers, landlords and investors ahead of its planned January 2027 launch.

The company is also looking to recruit professionals to join the new Abu Dhabi team. Lloyd will draw on more than six years at ANAROCK and his experience leading its Pune residential business.

Lloyd M. brings residential and CRM leadership experience

Lloyd has served as Director and City Lead for Pune Residential at ANAROCK since April 2024. His experience spans residential operations, customer experience, customer relationship management (CRM) and business leadership.

Before taking the Pune role, he held several senior positions in ANAROCK’s post-sales and CRM operations. These included Senior Vice President and Head of Post-Sales/CRM, Vice President and Head of Post-Sales/CRM, and Deputy Vice President and Head of Post-Sales/CRM.

During this period, Lloyd worked across multiple Indian cities. He also helped establish ANAROCK’s post-sales operations as an independent business vertical within its residential division.

Earlier in his career, Lloyd held customer relationship management roles at Xanadu Group and Lodha Group. He also worked in process leadership and customer service at Firstsource Solutions.

Abu Dhabi expansion starts with residential consultancy

ANAROCK Middle East plans to begin residential consultancy services in Abu Dhabi by January 2027. The company intends to extend its services to commercial property, land, capital markets and leasing over time.

According to the company’s announcement, Abu Dhabi offers opportunities across several property sectors. These include financial services, industrial development, healthcare, technology, tourism and cultural institutions.

The activity across these sectors creates demand for offices, housing, hotels and related real estate. ANAROCK sees this demand as an opportunity to extend its consultancy business into the emirate.

ANAROCK plans to build its Abu Dhabi team

Alongside the expansion, ANAROCK is seeking professionals to join the Abu Dhabi operation and work with Lloyd. The company has invited candidates interested in contributing to its UAE real estate business.

Lloyd’s initial remit includes building relationships with developers, landlords, investors and other partners in the local property market. These relationships will support the company as it establishes its residential consultancy services.

The planned expansion will begin with residential services before moving into other property segments. However, ANAROCK has not announced a timeline for the wider rollout or disclosed further details about recruitment.

For now, the appointment places an existing ANAROCK leader at the centre of its Abu Dhabi launch. The company’s next steps include developing its local team and establishing its residential consultancy offering ahead of the planned start in January 2027.
