UEXO has appointed Zena Alqadri as Chief Operating Officer, according to an announcement shared by the executive on LinkedIn. Zena Alqadri confirmed that she has joined the company and has started the role in the United Arab Emirates.
Alqadri joins UEXO after serving as Chief Operating Officer MENA at CXM. She brings more than nine years of experience in financial services, with expertise across operations, client onboarding, business workflows and regulatory compliance.
Brings extensive financial services experience
Before joining UEXO, Alqadri held several senior leadership positions across the financial services industry. She previously served as Head of Client Support and Onboarding at MultiBank Group and also held leadership roles at Equiti Group, FX STAT and OneTrade.
During her career, she has overseen business operations, client support, onboarding processes and operational improvements. Her experience also includes working with technology teams on workflow enhancements and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
In a LinkedIn post announcing her appointment, Alqadri said she was excited to begin the new role and looked forward to learning, growing and working alongside the UEXO team.
Leadership team continues to grow
Alqadri’s appointment follows a series of executive hires at UEXO as the company continues to build its senior leadership team.
The company recently appointed Roxane El Mawla as Chief Executive Officer, Mazen Abu Ghazaleh as Chief Growth and Acquisition Officer, Wissam Chehade as Chief Brand and Communications Officer, and Oscar García as Head of LATAM.
The appointments reflect UEXO’s continued investment in strengthening its executive bench as it expands its presence across international markets.
