He has led large-scale operations across lighting, HVAC systems, district cooling, and solar solutions. Moreover, his multilingual capabilities and strong negotiation skills position him well to drive strategic partnerships in the UAE.
Extensive Industry Experience Across MEP and Energy Systems
Debs is an electrical engineer and MBA graduate with a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure portfolios. Over the years, he has overseen business verticals spanning pumps, air handling units, airflow systems, and heating solutions. In addition, he has delivered projects involving district cooling equipment and solar PV systems—key components in the region’s energy transition.
Previously, he served as General Manager at Faisal Jassim Trading in Saudi Arabia, where he led operations for nearly seven years. During this period, he strengthened distribution channels and expanded project portfolios across multiple GCC markets.
