BNW Developments introduced a homeownership-based employee reward programme in the UAE on Friday, January 9, 2026. Founder and chairman Ankur Aggarwal announced the initiative in Dubai. The company linked long-term sales performance to residential ownership. The programme targets senior sales professionals and focuses on employee retention.

What changed in BNW’s employee recognition approach

BNW replaced short-term incentives with an asset-led reward model. Instead of cash bonuses, the company awarded branded apartments at RAK Central to selected employees. The recipients include Akshay Gupta, vice president – sales; Ayush Pandey, sales director; and Karan Kohli, sales manager.

The company based the selection on merit, performance consistency, and long-term contribution. BNW confirmed that internal policy frameworks guided the process. The programme forms part of the company’s broader people-first leadership structure.

How the BNW homeownership programme works

The programme converts sales performance into residential ownership. Eligible employees receive apartments linked to BNW’s development portfolio. The company designed the model to support long-term stability rather than annual payouts.

Aggarwal said BNW treats employees as long-term partners. He stated that organisational culture defines a company more than projects or market cycles. He added that the programme reflects BNW’s focus on shared growth and long-term security.

Impact on employees and company culture

BNW expects the programme to strengthen workforce loyalty and engagement. Co-founder and managing director Dr Vivek Anand Oberoi said the initiative focuses on security and dignity rather than short-term targets. He said leadership impact extends beyond operational outcomes.

The awarded employees described the recognition as a career milestone. Gupta said mentorship shaped his professional growth. Pandey said the award fulfilled his goal of owning a home in the UAE. Kohli said receiving his first home marked a defining personal moment.

BNW said the programme reinforces its employee-centric positioning in the regional real estate sector. The company stated that structured recognition remains central to its leadership model.
