Themed “From Commitment to Impact: The CEO Dialogue on Inclusive Leadership,” the roundtable was all about results. Moderated by women’s empowerment expert Noha Hefny, the discussion moved quickly from theory to practice. CEOs shared real examples of how they are transforming company culture. They spoke openly about the barriers they faced, the lessons they learned, and the personal drive that keeps them committed.

H.E. Mariam Al Hammadi, Director General of NAMA Women Advancement, stated that diversity must be built into every layer of business. “Diversity is the engine of productivity,” she said. According to her, equal opportunities create not just fairer offices but stronger economies. She also stressed that gender equity is a shared responsibility.
Similarly, Ralph Choueiri, Executive Director at the Pearl Initiative, emphasized that dialogue drives accountability. Through honest conversations, he said, companies can move from pledges to measurable impact. With better governance and inclusive leadership, workplaces can become both resilient and innovative.
