Saudi Arabia’s Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) has launched a new digital transformation strategy to improve beneficiary services and boost operational efficiency.

The fund unveiled the strategy at the fifth edition of LEAP in Riyadh. The global technology conference was held under the theme “Into New Worlds”.

ADF to expand digital services

The strategy will create a more connected digital experience for ADF beneficiaries.

It will cover the fund’s electronic services and agricultural financing products. ADF also plans to develop new digital solutions to improve service delivery.

In addition, the fund will use data and analytics to support better decision-making.

ADF said the strategy would “enable innovation, strengthen digital excellence, and improve the beneficiary experience and the services provided.”

The fund also aims to improve data quality and institutional efficiency. At the same time, it will strengthen digital governance across its operations.

Strategy supports Saudi digital transformation goals

The new strategy supports Saudi Arabia’s wider push to modernise government services through technology.

ADF plans to improve electronic links with other government entities. This will help strengthen coordination and make its digital services easier to access.

The fund’s approach also focuses on innovation and sustainability. These areas are becoming increasingly important as Saudi organisations expand their use of digital tools and data.

ADF recognised for Tawakkalna integration

ADF also received recognition during LEAP for its digital services through the Tawakkalna national application.

The National Information Center at the Saudi Data and AI Authority recognised the fund for its efforts in this area.

Through the integration, beneficiaries can access ADF’s digital services through Tawakkalna. The link also supports electronic connectivity between government entities.

Overall, the new strategy places digital services, data and innovation at the centre of ADF’s efforts to improve beneficiary experience and operational performance.
