Dulsco Group has appointed Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal as Group Chief Information & Technology Officer (Group CITO) in Dubai, UAE. Abdelaal will lead the Group’s technology strategy, operations and governance across its diverse portfolio of businesses.
The appointment will support Dulsco Group’s digital transformation agenda. It will also focus on enterprise resilience, technology, data, artificial intelligence and innovation.
Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal joins Dulsco Group
Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal brings more than 30 years of technology and business leadership experience. More than 25 of those years have been in executive technology leadership roles.
His career includes leadership positions at International Turnkey Systems (ITS), TAMWEEL PJSC, now part of Dubai Islamic Bank Group, and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
Across these roles, Abdelaal led enterprise scale transformation programmes. His experience covers technology, government, energy, banking, financial services, retail and diversified enterprise sectors across the Middle East.
He has also led multidisciplinary technology teams and developed operating models. These models balance innovation, governance, cybersecurity and operational excellence.
Technology strategy and digital transformation
At Dulsco Group, Abdelaal will shape the organisation’s future technology landscape. His remit includes advancing digital capabilities and strengthening cybersecurity and organisational resilience.
He will also oversee the responsible adoption of data and artificial intelligence. In addition, his role will support technology driven innovation linked to Dulsco Group’s long term strategic ambitions.
Abdelaal has experience across technology strategy, digital and cloud transformation, enterprise architecture and business applications. His expertise also includes data and artificial intelligence, IT service management and strategic portfolio management.
His background spans regional and international technology operations. He has also focused on aligning technology investment with business priorities.
