Musanadah Facilities Management has graduated the first cohort of Saudi nationals from the Public Investment Fund (PIF)-led azm Program, reinforcing its commitment to Saudisation and workforce development in the Kingdom’s facilities management sector.
The first cohort includes eight Saudi graduates who completed structured technical training, practical industry exposure and workplace learning. The initiative aims to prepare Saudi professionals for long-term careers in facilities management while supporting the workforce goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Musanadah is among the inaugural partners of the PIF-led azm Program. The programme develops Saudi talent and creates career pathways in strategic sectors of the economy. As a result, participants receive technical training alongside hands-on operational experience before entering the workforce.
The company said the programme forms part of its long-term strategy to build local capability and create sustainable employment opportunities for Saudi nationals. Moreover, it supports national efforts to reduce unemployment and increase private sector participation.
Ahmed Alhakeem, HR Director at Musanadah, said the graduation reflects the company’s national workforce strategy.

PIF recognises Musanadah’s contribution
As part of the initiative, Musanadah provided structured learning, practical industry experience and ongoing mentorship. Consequently, graduates gained the technical and professional skills required to work in the facilities management industry.
The company also received recognition from PIF for its contribution to the azm Program, highlighting its role in developing Saudi talent.
Musanadah delivers integrated facilities management services across government, commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, education and critical infrastructure sectors throughout Saudi Arabia.
In addition, the company has earned several industry awards. It won the Best FM Company in Saudi Arabia title at the SBIA Awards in both 2024 and 2025. It also received the MEFMA Award for Community and Social Impact in Facilities Management for its contribution to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.
