The National HRD Network (NHRDN) Delhi & NCR Chapter held its baton-handover ceremony on Friday evening in Gurgaon, marking the formal transition to the new Executive Committee for the 2025–2027 term.

The gathering brought together senior HR leaders, members, and partners who joined to witness the leadership shift and celebrate the chapter’s continuing role in shaping India’s HR agenda. The evening opened with welcome remarks and reflections on the chapter’s journey, followed by acknowledgements of outgoing leaders for their service and contributions to the HR community.

New NHRDN Leadership Takes Charge

With the completion of the election cycle, the following office bearers officially assume responsibility:

  • President: Mr Salil Lal
  • Vice President: Dr Pradyumna Pandey
  • Secretary: Mr Vir Bharat
  • Treasurer: Mr Dheeraj Modi

In his acceptance message, President Salil Lal emphasised three priorities for the new term: capability building, adoption of technology across HR practices, and building an inclusive culture. He noted that the chapter must continue to serve as “a platform where learning, community, and innovation come together.”

Coffee Table Book Celebrates HR Leaders

A key highlight of the evening was the showcase of the chapter’s coffee table book, HR Leaders of the New Millennia, featuring 19 HR leaders whose personal journeys and work reflect the evolving landscape of talent, leadership, and workplace transformation.
